Terms of Use
Ballero is a second-screen football game for private friend groups. These Terms explain the basic responsibilities and rules for using it.
Your agreement
Account creation requires one explicit action agreeing to these Terms and acknowledging the Privacy Notice. The Community Rules form part of these Terms and can be read separately.
Terms, the Privacy Notice, and Community Rules have independent document versions. Required legal acceptance does not include optional analytics, marketing, or research consent.
Accounts and private leagues
You are responsible for activity through your account and user-created identity content, including your display name and any league name or description you create. Keep access to your account and sign-in email secure.
Follow these Terms and the Community Rules. Use Ballero lawfully, respect other users’ access and privacy, and do not gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, commit fraud, or evade safety controls. Share private-league invitations with the people you intend to include.
Challenges and competition
Challenge results follow the applicable game rules, match data, and settlement process. Points and titles are game records. Ballero does not offer cash-prize gameplay or real-money rewards.
Optional analytics choices and commercial treatment do not change Challenge access, answer windows, scoring, or settlement truth.
Safety and enforcement
For violations of these Terms or Community Rules, abuse, fraud, security threats, or legal or platform requirements, Ballero may reject or remove content, restrict functionality or access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts. Action is proportionate to the circumstances.
Urgent safety or security issues may require immediate protective action. Applicable appeals use the Community Rules and support route. Suspension or termination does not rewrite completed shared competition history.
Availability during alpha
Ballero is in alpha. Features and availability may evolve, pause, or be removed. Access may also be restricted for security, maintenance, legal or platform compliance, or alpha operation.
These changes do not weaken the account-deletion rules or rewrite completed shared competitive facts.
Leaving Ballero
You can request account deletion through the in-app entry point or the public Account Deletion/support route, with an opportunity to transfer owned leagues first.
After final confirmation, account deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no default 30-day recovery period.
Completed shared competitive facts may remain under the neutral label “Deleted player”, without a public route back to the deleted account. These include completed answers, points, standings, winners, titles, and settlement facts. Deletion does not recalculate other players’ completed results or rewrite this shared history.
Updates and questions
Each document shows its version and last-updated date. Where a material change requires notice, renewed acceptance, or a new optional consent, Ballero will ask for the applicable action. Reading these pages does not itself record acceptance.
