What is not allowed

Do not use these surfaces for harassment, credible threats, hate or discriminatory slurs, sexual or exploitative content, or child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Do not impersonate others, disclose another person’s private or personal information without a legitimate basis, infringe someone’s rights, or promote illegal activity.

Spam, scams, fraud, and attempts to evade moderation are prohibited. If links are supported, malware and malicious links are prohibited too.

Private leagues are still subject to Ballero’s platform rules. Ordinary competitive disagreement or friendly trash talk is not automatically prohibited; it crosses the line when it falls within a prohibited-content or safety boundary above.

Reporting and blocking

Report relevant users, identity content, or safety and privacy concerns through an available in-app reporting entry point or support. You may block other users where the product supports it.

Reporter identity is kept confidential from the reported user, league owners, admins, and other members, except where disclosure is legally required.

How Ballero responds

Ballero may reject or remove content, restrict functionality, suspend an account, or terminate an account proportionately to severity, repetition, impact, evasion, and applicable requirements. Urgent safety or security situations may result in immediate protective action.

Final permanent account termination by Ballero requires human review. Protective action does not rewrite completed shared competition history.

Appeals and support

For an applicable appeal about removed content, suspension, or termination, contact support and briefly describe the decision you want reviewed. An appeal does not automatically restore access while an urgent safety risk remains.

Send only context needed to understand the concern. Never send passwords, authentication or magic-link codes, API keys, private keys, or other credentials or secrets.
